Meet the Chef

Meet Kimberly Jenkins, owner of Cafe Bliss—a faith-led visionary serving purpose one plate at a time. Inspired by her late father, Carl Beard, and supported by her husband Dwayne and their beautifully blended family of eight, Kimberly turned her lifelong passion for cooking into a modern, vibe-driven food trailer. Known as the Car Show Queen for her award-winning 1967 C10 “She10,” she sold the custom truck to invest fully into her dream.

Today, Café Bliss serves Cajun, Mexican, and American cuisine rooted in faith, family, and the belief that great food brings people together.
