Meet the Owner

Meet the owner of Cafe Bliss Kimberly Jenkins

Guided by faith, built with purpose, and served from the heart

Café Bliss was inspired by my late father, Carl Beard, who always told me that everyone needed to taste my food. Cooking has been my passion for as long as I can remember, and owning my own eatery was a dream placed in my heart long before this trailer ever hit the road. Through faith, prayer, and trust in God, I found the courage to step into the vision planted inside me.

Alongside my husband, Dwayne, we raised a beautifully blended family of eight children-so cooking for a crowd became second nature and only deepened my love for creating flavorful, satisfying meals made with care. Feeding people has always been my love language and my passion.

Also known as the Car Show Queen, a title earned while building my custom 1967C10 truck, affectionately named She10. Finished in Blizzard of Oz white with a custom mint green interior, She10 went on to win numerous awards and inspired the modern color palette of Café Bliss. I chose to sell She10 to invest fully into my next chapter-turning my lifelong dream of owning a food business into reality.

Café Bliss is a modern, vibe-driven food trailer serving Cajun, Mexican, and American cuisine. Every dish reflects my journey, my family, my faith, and the belief that great food should bring people together-one bite at a time.
